Clean the greens, chopped n wash them properly. Take in strainer n keep a side for 10 min.
Take deep thick bottom pan. Add water, pinch salt. Keep for boiling on high flame.
Add all greens in boiling water. Stir it well. Boil it for 5 min. Strain it. Drop cold water on it.
Once the greens cool down. Take it out in a bowl. No water should remain.
Now take a pan add oil, cumin seeds, asafoetida. Saute it. Add Ginger garlic paste. Saute it till the raw smell removes. Add green chillie paste saute it. Add tumeric powder. Add all blanced greens.
After adding the greens mix is well add salt, garam masala. Mix it well n saute it in oil. Stir it crush the greens with spatula. Stir it crush with spatula. This process make saag in good texture n taste
Serve with makki roti, salad n Butter milk
